This device is powered by the Kryo 280 CPU using arm64 architecture. It has 8 cores alongside an integrated disk storage of 64 GB. An SD-Card Slot is not available. Complex games or working with several apps at the same time requires a lot of working memory (RAM). The Razer Phone uses 8 GB working memory (RAM).

This Phone supports Wifi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac. Bluetooth is compatible with 4.2 A2DP.
